Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is a cryogenic liquid that requires special handling. Anyone working in the MVZ Liquid Nitrogen Facility must go through all of the campus lab safety trainings and is also required to do special training with a Staff Curator. Lab users must adhere to general lab protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Failure to follow these protocols and/or procedures will result in suspension of access to the lab.
