Data forms below are used by various researchers in the MVZ to catalog specimens, audio recordings, photographs, and other objects for the collections. Data forms are printed on archival paper (available from curatorial staff). To make additional copies, use the Xerox AltaLink C8045 photocopy machine located in the front office. Select Tray 1 for custom paper. Place the archival paper in the tray with the three holes facing toward the front of the machine, and check that the paper size is 6.5 x 8.9 inches. Place the data form on the flatbed part of the photocopier, in the upper left corner with the holes facing toward the back of the machine. Make some test copies to make sure that the form is being copied correctly (i.e., edges not cut off). Once you are satisifed, make as many copies as you need and then remove the archival paper from the tray to avoid accidental printing on that paper.
